Role Overview: We are hiring a detail-oriented Associate with an academic background in architecture or civil engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled candidate based in Bangladesh to gain international exposure and hands-on experience in U.S.-based construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project control functions including scheduling, budgeting and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing design drawings, construction documents, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with architect, engineers, and subcontractors to gather updates and ensure accurate project tracking.
- Prepare project reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing logs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation and change order reviews.
