Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.
- Act as a key liaison between SMYK’s buyers in Poland and suppliers in Bangladesh.
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee sample development and approvals in alignment with SMYK standards and buyer requirements.
- Track production schedules and troubleshoot issues to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Sourcing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze product trends and propose improvements for better performance and value.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, shipments, and costings.
