- At least 15 years job experience in a reputed private commercial bank.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience as Head of Training/Training Center/Training Institute.
- Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Should have good command on English & Bengali with good speaking and writing skills.
- Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
- Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstration, on the job training, conference, workshop, meeting etc.
- Align training with the organizational plan, goal and objectives.
- Develop annual training budget and training calendar in align with organizational plan and goal.
- Develop Training & Development Policy, procedures, rules and regulations according to modern practice.
- Identify performance gap with the yearly business data and assess training needs.
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and Human Resource Division.
- Review and evaluate training program for compliance with regulatory requirement.
- Develop & design training program that make the best use of available resources.
- Develop e-learning, online training and e-library for creating learning culture in the Bank.
- Develop assessment and evaluation methods for training program.
- Plan and assess the ‘return on investment’ of any training or development program.
- Train and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Develop and maintain organizational communication such as intranet bulletin, online notice board and newsletter to ensure that employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Build training programs from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the training and development team.
- Create pool of resource person (internal & external).
- Extend support to shape career path of employees of the Banks.
- Negotiate with all training logistic companies and training institutes for cost management.
- Provide up-to-date information for personal file in line with completion of training.
