Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of machinery while maintaining consistent quality output.
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance as per standard practices.
Develop and follow a systematic maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment.
Plan and manage spare parts inventory by raising timely requisitions and coordinating procurement.
Maintain required quality standards and ensure equipment compatibility.
Provide technical support for production processes from initiation to completion.
Troubleshoot and maintain all PLC-controlled machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with local and international suppliers to address technical requirements and procure critical components.
Demonstrate familiarity with the operation and maintenance of direct and indirect burners.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, and electrical standards.
Oversee and maintain utilities including generators, chillers, and air-conditioning systems.
Monitor departmental requirements, prepare budgets, analyze gaps, and manage safety inventory accordingly.
Coordinate closely with the production team to support efficient and effective production operations.
Possess working knowledge of Vacuum Salt systems and PLC operations.
