Basic knowledge of hardware, electrical, electronics, sanitary, fire & safety items.
Basic knowledge of production supporting items in this field.
Responsibilities & Context
- Must know Textiles, dyeing, Washing, & Constructions.
- To check the purchase requisition with the store for the present stock.
- To source and collect price quotations from different sources.
- To prepare a comparison sheet for Management approval.
- To prepare a work order and send it to the vendors.
- To prepare a fund requisition for a cash purchase. Taking delivery confirmation from vendors and making sure to store.
- Documents (bill, challan, MRR, work-order, CS, quotations & requisition) submission to Audit and to the Account Dept.
