Responsibilities & Context

  • Source and evaluate products for super shop.
  • Place and manage orders based on internal demand planning and inventory requirements.
  • Maintain and update order records, product details, and supplier communication logs.
  • Negotiate product prices, shipping costs, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory and Category Management teams to ensure accurate SKU details.
  • Identify alternative suppliers or products in case of stock outs or price increases.
  • Review quality standards, manage purchase disputes, and follow up on replacements or refunds.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
