Responsibilities & Context
- Source and evaluate products for super shop.
- Place and manage orders based on internal demand planning and inventory requirements.
- Maintain and update order records, product details, and supplier communication logs.
- Negotiate product prices, shipping costs, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Inventory and Category Management teams to ensure accurate SKU details.
- Identify alternative suppliers or products in case of stock outs or price increases.
- Review quality standards, manage purchase disputes, and follow up on replacements or refunds.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
