Responsibilities & Context
This position have to look after few factories of Ashulia & Uttara Zone of this company and will have frequent factory visit to perform the below Job:
- To aware workers about company policies.
- To handle grievance from workers end.
- Counseling with workers and floor staff.
- Conducting different types of survey and report as per need.
- Organize different types of workshop. Such as: Welfare Officer, HR Officer.
- Conducting different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti Harassment Committees.
- Investigate on any types of grievance as per need, based on investigations report and insist the factory management necessary action.
- Any other job given by the management
