Responsibilities & Context
This post will be for the training institute named Universal Medical and Technical Training Institute (UMTTI), which is an association with Universal Medical College and Hospital Ltd.
- Responsible for the Japanese Program on Nursing & Caregiving.
- Take initiative to create a batch for the Japanese language program & conduct Japanese Language Training classes.
- Prepare a proposal for student program & caregiver employment in Japan.
- Participation in lesson planning, as well as other tasks required for a Training Institution.
- Teach Japanese manners and etiquette.
- Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
- Designing, organising, and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
- Keeping up-to-date with Communication tools and techniques based on the demand of international marketplaces.
- Create an immersive classroom environment where the teacher and students can use the Japanese language to communicate naturally.
- Promoting cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding, and introducing Japanese customs and traditions.
- Enable students to achieve practical communication skills, as well as to equip them with the language skills that can be applied in a professional working environment.
- Stay up-to-date on current Japanese language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
