Responsibilities & Context
CHL is looking for an honest, experienced & dynamic candidate for the above mentioned position of which job responsibilities are shown below. Only competent male candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Requisition review & check-in ERP software.
- Properly check requisition quantity & purpose of the demand.
- Collect quotation from the supplier & CS preparation as well as approval.
- Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.
- Handling MRR and prepare bills as well as submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
- Searching new vendors with quality.
- Stay updated for alternative product information always Visit local market & vendor’s factory to observe the production process of required items.
- Generate various reports.
- Any other assignment given by the superiors from time to time.
