Requirements
Education
- HSC, Bachelor/Honors
- At least HSC / O-Level / A-Level / BBA / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology / Bachelor of Computer Science (Education qualification is considerable for Experience, dedication & based on Interview)

- High Computer Literacy.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Experience in Apparel Industry will be an added Advantage.
- Additional Requirements:
- Good typing speed in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English (Minimum 35 WPM).
- Proficiency in operating Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, and Excel programs.
- Sourcing Buyer – Factories – Fabric – Accessories – Trims – by email and phone call.
- Front Desk Telephone communication & entertainment with Buyer & Supplier’s.
- Dedication to daily task completion with accuracy and efficiency.
- Skill in Internet Browsing Sourcing Buyer details address and email correspondence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power point, Photoshop).
- Strong computer skills, in particular, Excel and other MS Office applications.
- The ability to prioritize and react positively to working under pressure and with changing demands.
- Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and a team player with an open-minded approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English language.
- Graphic Design, skill in Illustrator or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Design skills with graphics, brochures, banners, social media visuals, logos, and advertisements.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing etc.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) YouTube Marketing, Twitter Marketing, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

- New buyer sourcing by Internet Browsing with data entry googles Excel sheet details.
- Correspondence & communication with new business development activities.
- Provide support to merchandising supervisor for development and production.
- Check new development sample with requirements.
- Maintain order tracking and follow up, PO sample tracking and daily reporting.
- Prepare samples & Documents parcel accurately for sending to customer/supplier/buyer.
- Correspond with the Buyer and Factory Merchandiser, offices & suppliers.
- Check and follow up relevant issues with QC, factory, suppliers etc. as instructed.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor/merchandiser/management.
- Participate Local & International Fair – Exhibition – Meeting with Buyer at hotel and Merchandiser – Owner’s at Factories along with Management.
