Responsibilities & Context
Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join the ERP Core Team as Executive, focusing on the SD & LE Module. The individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the module and contributing significantly to organizational objectives and will report to the department head.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the ASIS business process and create TOBE according to client requirements.
- Solve user problems, troubleshoot and query for a large number of system users.
- Configure the SAP SD module, including sales area, pricing, document types, BP, access sequences, number ranges, and batch determination, with integration to FI (credit management) and MM (STO setup).
- Support SAP LE configuration, including shipping point, transportation planning, shipment processing, and shipment cost setup.
- Maintain and manage master data, including customer, credit, pricing, free goods, partner functions, routes, fares, output types, and FEFO batch management, along with prerequisite table settings to ensure process accuracy, control, and compliance.
- Able to conduct end-to-end SD & LE testing in all test servers, followed by module lead and project lead validation, to move the final changes to the production server.
- Provide extensive physical/online training around remote locations to key and end users before any project implementation, and also arrange refresher training as and when required.
- Maintain and support roles and authorization management by coordinating with BASIS to implement access controls on transaction codes as per organizational policies.
