Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary: ইস্পাহানী ইসলামিয়া চক্ষু চিকিৎসা কেন্দ্র – A Service Delivery Point (SDP) of The Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H) seeks a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant salesman to join our Optic Shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, advising on optical glass and frame options, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, including frames and glasses, suited to customers’ prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
- Perform accurate measurements for eyewear fitting.
- Manage and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in eyewear and optical systems.
- Ensure the display and inventory of eyewear are well-organized and attractively presented.
- Ensure proper fitting of spectacles and lens.
- Liaise with the clinical and non-clinical staff members within the hospital to ensure a cohesive service experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
