Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Arts (Pass), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1 or C2) in French language.
- Must be customer oriented.
- Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context
- To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials.
- To ensure day-to-day office activities.
- Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
- To ensure customer satisfaction.
- To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
- Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
- To Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
