- 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management position.
- Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in Mobile Accessories, Gadget Items, or related electronic products.
- Proven track record in electronics, mobile sectors.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and inspire a sales team of 50+ members across multiple regions.
Business Expansion:
- Identify and develop new market segments across Bangladesh.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with national distributors and large retail chains.
Performance Management:
- Set clear KPIs and implement robust sales monitoring systems.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and adjust strategy as needed.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Proactively adapt strategies to align with changing market conditions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate closely with production, marketing, logistics, and finance departments.
- Report directly to the company’s Board of Directors.

- Head Office: 46/1 Sobhan Mansion (1st Floor), Purana Paltan (Near Azad Center), Dhaka-1000
- Travel Requirement: Up to 30% field travel across Bangladesh
