Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution:
- Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retailers.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
Distribution Management:
- Ensure product availability across all retail points.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate effectively with distributors.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
- Provide regular field feedback and suggestions to the management team.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Submit weekly market visit and performance reports.
