Additional Requirements

Thoroughly analyzing design sketches and tech packs to fully understand and clarify the design intent.
Precisely interpreting technical specifications, construction methods, workmanship standards, placement details, embellishment requirements, and washing instructions.
Providing expert advice and maintaining effective communication with the Merchant team regarding style details, special requirements, comments, and potential production challenges.
Rigorous oversight of customer requirements, specification measurements, product quality, styling details, labeling, washing standards, safety regulations, and testing protocols.
Guaranteeing accurate fit and proper draping on dummy, seeking clarification from merchant team members and the customer before sample dispatch.
Collaborating with buying technologists to review products and clarify any necessary amendments.
Ensuring timely submission of all finished samples for inspection upon completion of the sampling production chain.
Conducting detailed assessments of construction, measurements, pattern accuracy, workmanship, garment appearance, and fitting to identify any discrepancies.
Accountability for planning and monitoring the daily work of the in-house Quality Assurance (QA) team throughout all sampling stages.
