Responsibilities & Context
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
- Execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and coverage
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback
- Ensure effective stock management and product visibility at dealer locations
- Appoint, train, and support new channel partners in the territory
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
- Educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and usage
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards
- Continuously stay updated with industry developments and new product offerings
