Responsibilities & Context
- Demonstrate proficiency in various technical tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Lead Generation tools, and CRM systems.
- Conduct research and identify potential clients, partners, or opportunities for business growth. Assist in lead generation and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage potential clients. Proactively identify client needs, offer solutions, and drive interest in products or services while maintaining a friendly and results-oriented approach.
- Manage appointment setting with qualified prospects, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and follow-up to optimize meeting schedules and opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer queries smoothly and professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
