- At least 1 year(s) in sales or logistics (Fresher’s with strong communication skills also apply).
- Experience in dairy products sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be smart, confident, and target-driven.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in Bangla (both speaking and writing) is required.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: UPOVOG is looking for dynamic and target-oriented individuals to promote and sell dairy products, food, grocery and delivery services. The candidate must be proactive, smart, and passionate about sales and delivery.
Business: Dairy Products, food and grocery.
Workplace: Work at the office 30% and field 70%.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients for products and give services.
- Visit corporate clients, restaurants, shops and retailers to promote sales.
- Explain products, pricing and delivery options to clients clearly.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client needs if needed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations team for on-time delivery.
- Maintain a client database and provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and delivery processing.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities.
