Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be given preference.
Additional Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer handling will be considered an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent command of English and Bangla, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with regular follow-ups and data collection.
- Manage and update customer databases (Excel file).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product/service delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
