Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer handling will be considered an advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent command of English and Bangla, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with regular follow-ups and data collection.
  • Manage and update customer databases (Excel file).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product/service delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
