  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and WFX (or other PLM/ERP systems).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful development of woven and denim products.

Position Overview:

The Product Developer will be responsible for managing the development of styles based on buyer requests and seasonal collections. This role involves coordinating with fabric sourcing, sample, technical, and washing teams to ensure accurate and timely sample execution. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical garment knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review buyer tech packs and development briefs to prepare sample requests and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with fabric and trim sourcing teams to ensure correct materials are available for sample development.
  • Support wash and fit development by collaborating with wash technicians and the technical team.
  • Ensure timely execution of samples according to buyer deadlines and internal TNA schedules.
  • Track the status of samples in development and maintain records in WFX and other internal systems.
  • Work closely with the sample room to ensure construction details and design specifications are accurately followed.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of seasonal collections and sample presentations.
  • Communicate with buyers on sample queries, clarifications, and updates as required.
  • Support cost analysis and feasibility assessments for new developments.
  • Maintain strong collaboration across departments to ensure smooth product development flow.
