  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have own motorbike and valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B) to lead business development in the industrial sector.

This role will play generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

This role will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and conducting one-to-one customer visits to expand market reach and boost revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring performance is aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct one-to-one visits with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Set performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress regularly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous development of the sales team.

Skills & Expertise

Expertise on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) handling.

Leadership and Good Communication skill.
