Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
TORR Limited, a renowned fashion brand, POS Operator to deliver a seamless checkout experience and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling customer transactions, managing the point-of-sale system, and ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service operations, including billing through the POS system, cash receipt, and cash maintenance.
- Provide support to the sales team for smooth customer interactions and sales processes.
- Create daily and periodic reports using Excel for sales and transaction tracking.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Branch In-charge.
