Responsibilities & Context
We provide robust back office support for global small businesses in a nurturing, familial environment. We prioritize growth and camaraderie through activities like tours and dinners, distinguishing us from traditional call centers.
This is a permanent job with a guaranteed salary (on time) for those who speak and understand English properly and fluently.
- Candidates have to work 8 to 10 hours between 7:50 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Candidates are paid based on working hours, so everyone has to perform 100% when any official work is given by the office.
- This is a night shift job and candidates need to work from the office.
- Office hours may vary between (7:50 PM – 6:00 AM).

- There will be a 10-working day non-paid training before you join our probation period.
- Candidates are paid OT (overtime) allowance after 8 hours of work for each working day. Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday) Your remuneration will be reviewed every year.
