  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and brand-building activities.
  • Strong skills in designing engaging and visually appealing templates.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Age 25 to 29 years preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
  • Understand social media trends and impact in design

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic branding decisions.
  • Ensure effective internal communication for smooth project execution.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events, handovers, and ceremonies.
  • Assist in managing social media to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Maintain and track PR bills, proposals, and budget approvals with finance.
  • Prepare and process PR bills in line with internal protocols.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and ensure workflow alignment across teams.
  • Compile and submit accurate monthly and quarterly reports on time.
