Job Circular: Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

Overview:

RFL is a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy of business renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated “Assistant Manager – Internal Audit” for Audit department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits.
  • Verifying physical inventory, reconcile the balance.
  • Following control checklists to ensure financial and operation accuracy.
  • Reviewing and analyzing business unit wise company’s operation and internal control system.
  • Checking financial records & accounting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identifying and analyzing discrepancies in data and records.
  • Identifying areas where operations can be improved for efficiency and cost-saving.
  • Working across a wide variety of task and regions with changing priorities.
  • Investigating potential instances of fraud or misconduct.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports documenting audit findings and recommendations.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to the management.
  • Ensuring recommendations are implemented and that improvements are made.
  • Balancing office-based work with frequently field visits.
  • Conducting follow up audits.
