- Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory

Responsibilities & Context
About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume transaction environment, preferably within a national-level company, and be skilled in traditional accounting methods involving minimal software reliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage manual ledgers and accounting records
- Supervise cash transactions, vouchers, and journal entries
- Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle monthly closing processes
- Prepare and maintain audit files and support external/internal audits
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal controls
- Supervise junior accounts staff and coordinate with other departments
- Generate periodic financial reports as required by management
