Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze production processes and develop efficient workflow plans to meet targets.
- Prepare line layouts, manpower allocation, and machine planning for optimal productivity.
- Set SMV (Standard Minute Value) and monitor production efficiency (SAH, Efficiency%).
- Conduct time studies and implement Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen techniques.
- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to reduce wastage and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industrial engineering best practices and buyer requirements
