Job Summary:
Akij Blue Pill Ltd., a leading IT solutions and services provider under Akij Resource, is seeking an experienced and technically sound Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization’s enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, extensive hands-on experience, and certifications like CCNA and CCNP to ensure seamless and secure network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and security.
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, and other networking hardware.
- Perform regular network performance tuning, patch management, and firmware upgrades.
- Plan and implement network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support and resolve network-related escalations promptly.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical network systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and updates.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity and system administration teams to ensure a secure IT environment.
- Support project rollouts including new site setups, system migrations, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
