Responsibilities & Context
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for our courses for children.
- Teacher Training: Train and mentor teachers on effective teaching methodologies and techniques for teaching various courses to children.
- Course Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of various courses, including scheduling, class assignments, and progress tracking.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child’s progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the spoken English courses by monitoring teacher performance and student outcomes.
- Marketing and Enrollment: Assist in marketing and enrollment efforts for the courses.
