Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide information about cafe’s products/features/services through telephone
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring the ultimate solution
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Receiving customer complaints and providing them information about the resolution of the same
  • Maintain call logs and prepare reports
  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
  • Record any client complaints
  • Deliver accurate information about new product to clients
