Responsibilities & Context

- Should have good team-building building capacityMust be able to do costing independently.
- Should be competent to communicate with the Buying House/Liaison Office, Factory people, and other departments.
- Must be capable of dealing with Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities, including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation, and sourcing.
- Must be capable of arranging all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
- Must be capable of acting as a coordinator among all concerned parties to ensure the timely execution and shipments of orders.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
- Able to bring new business in.
- Costing of Product/Garments; Coordinate with the Factory team for better execution of Production.
- Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment, maintaining effective TNA.
- Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
