Provide age estimation and fitness certificate to the workers during recruitment.
Should have a strong clinical knowledge of the factory workers and staff.
Work in Compliance with all factory’s health and safety policies.
To determine for particular workers working under health hazard exposure to regular medical examination.
To provide training and creating awareness among the staff and workers on occupational health & safety.
Actively participating in meetings and committees relevant to health services in the factory and to provide relevant representation in health and safety issues.
Maintenance of logistics and replenishment of medicines, medical supplies, equipment’s etc.
To maintain close liaison with nearest hospitals/ clinics to ensure faster treatment and medical services for those who need care other than the first AId.
To follow up accident register, medicine issue register and other registers.
Follow up monthly reports and submit to the management.
To actively participate in all CSR activities related to health.
