Responsibilities & Context
Shepherd Group, a Foreign owned leading name in Textile Industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to join our team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administrative operations, and Compliance functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
- Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations including office management, facility supervision, and asset management.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
- Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- The incumbent must have sound knowledge about the foreigner Visa, Work Permit, Security Clearance and Home Ministry related issues and be able to handle the situations on time.
