Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA, Major in HRM, Master’s in English, Law, Public Administration, PGD in HRM.·
  • Advanced professional certification in human resource management (HR professional certification) is a must.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • At least 05 years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, and Compliance, with at least 01 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities & Context

Shepherd Group, a Foreign owned leading name in Textile Industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to join our team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administrative operations, and Compliance functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations including office management, facility supervision, and asset management.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • The incumbent must have sound knowledge about the foreigner Visa, Work Permit, Security Clearance and Home Ministry related issues and be able to handle the situations on time.
