Identify and connect with potential clients in RMG and allied sectors for services like ISO audits, Higg FEM, CSR assessments and sustainability-related training.
To work under a sales team.
To help achieve the Sales Target of the Company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Lead proposal development, client communication, and contract negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and clients need to position USDS services effectively.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meeting customers regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs.
Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.
