We’re seeking a visionary and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Bangladesh operations and drive our strategic goals forward.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a strong leader with a passion for education, business growth, and partnership development.

You will:

  • Manage and inspire a high-performing team with energy and clarity.
  • Drive business development through strategic partnersips with corporate clients and Government Bodies to provide skills trainings.
  • Lead sales and outreach efforts to attract individuals and organisations to our programmes, securing enrolments and training contracts.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align services with client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and deliver against growth targets.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of educational programmes while maintaining a positive, motivated team culture.
  • Provide ongoing support to learners and partner organisations to ensure satisfaction and programme success.
  • Evaluate and improve programme effectiveness based on feedback and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Bangladesh team, fostering a positive, energetic, and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, meet revenue targets, and enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure services align with client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct outreach and promotional activities to attract individuals and organisations to our programmes.
  • Oversee and coordinate the smooth operation of all educational and training programmes in Bangladesh.
  • Provide ongoing support to both learners and partner organisations to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve programme performance, using feedback and results to enhance quality and impact.
  • Ensure alignment with the UK team and uphold consistent standards
  • and strategy across regions.
