Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company welfare policies.
- Provide counseling on workplace rules, hygiene, safety, and performance.
- Support pregnant workers and manage worker grievances.
- Coordinate with internal committees (PC, Safety, Grievance, Anti-Harassment).
- Conduct awareness sessions and maintain proper records
