Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up and assist in Product Development/SMS for Buyers according to instructions from Merchandising Department
- Conduct Pre Production Meetings
- During Production Inspections, and Final Random Inspections according to Inspection Process guidelines
- Review inspection results.
- Submit inspection reports to the buyer portal within 24 hours
- Maintain daily communication through emails and inspection portals to receive assignments.·
- Professionally interact with factories during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with QA files and approved sample standards.
- Prepare complete inspection documentation as per company procedures.
- Maintain measurement reports for all samples and generate reports reflecting order flow projections.
- Recommend Process simplifications and cost effective techniques in bulk production and sample
- Give approvals/comments as per buyer’s comments for lab-dips, fabrics quality, shades, print strike offs etc.
