Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure the completion of the planning within the first quarter of the previous month.
- Ensure one contingency plan is ready for any potential problem with the existing planning.
- Review the plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to complete the goods on time.
- Review the performance of the previous month, find difficulties and set corrective action plan for the next month.
- Ensure the critical analysis of the product before making the critical path for them individual product.
- Counsel with the respective supervisor in charge even operator to motivate to get the targeted output.
- Ensure utilization of capacity at the optimum level.
- Provide production analysis feedback in respect of productivity to development team for future development.
