Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the quality assurance operations within the production process.
- Monitor in-line and final inspections to ensure quality consistency and compliance with buyer specifications.
- Support the development and implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and audit protocols.
- Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with buyers’ QA teams for quality inspections and audits.
- Maintain documentation related to quality reports, inspection findings, and improvement plans.
- Monitor fabric and trims inspection to ensure material quality before production.
- Ensure adherence to AQL standards and quality checkpoints at each stage of production.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance assessments.
