What would you be doing:

  • Supervise and support a team of call center agents in their daily activities.
  • Monitor call metrics (e.g., average handle time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction).
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and team meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist in the training of new agents.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Making Weekly and Monthly report of sale
  • Motivate the team to achieve the KPI

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a team lead or senior call center representative.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and call center systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if needed.
