Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants, providing leadership and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address risks promptly to maintain progress.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control: Uphold standards aligned with Australian building codes and safety requirements.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve challenges with strategic solutions to avoid delays.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Deliver accurate progress reports and maintain project documentation.
