- Prior experience with Samsung VRF systems (or other leading VRF brands)
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations and system design

Responsibilities & Context
Location: Baitul View Tower (Level 11), 56/1 Purana Paltan, Dhaka 1000
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings with the sales team to provide technical support and system solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct quality checks on project sites to ensure work meets technical standards and specifications.
- Lead the design team in preparing system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Lead and supervise the technical team for project execution.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, work progress reports, and project status updates to management.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical proposals.
- Create accurate AutoCAD drawings, HVAC layouts, and system schematics.
- Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VRF AC systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct training sessions and technical briefings for internal teams and clients.
