Additional Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the garment/textile industry.
Strong knowledge of PMS (Production Management System) and quality control methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quality management software.
Good understanding of compliance requirements in RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Conduct in-line and final inspections of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Monitor the production process and implement quality control measures.
Work closely with the production and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards, client requirements, and product safety regulations.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits.
Identify areas of improvement in the manufacturing process and recommend solutions.
Assist in training and mentoring junior QA staff as required.
Participate in the development and enforcement of company-wide quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor product safety measures and contribute to policy creation to ensure safe and compliant production processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive actions.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shipment quality checks.
