Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for mold/tooling products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, quotations and negotiation.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: enquiry, proposal, quotation, negotiation, order finalization and post-order support.
- Collaborate with internal design, costing and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Analyze costs, prepare competitive pricing, and structure commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
