- Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, Army, Navy, Air Force and other Govt. project is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the tiles business.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate customers including real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality groups, various government offices and large commercial enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
- Understand client project requirements, provide expert advice on tile selection, and present tailored solutions that align with their design and budget specifications.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress.
