Job Context:
Prime Bank Hospital PLC (proposed) is seeking a qualified BSc Civil Engineer (Structural & Design) for the planning, design, supervision, and execution of various ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dhaka and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections.
- Prepare and implement detailed project plans.
- Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
- Review applicable government regulations and ordinances.
- Monitor and enhance safety measures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Present recommendations and alternative solutions to emerging issues.
- Confidently liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Perform project management duties including budgeting, resource management, and quote compilation.
- Supervise all civil works at the site according to the project schedule.
- Ensure timely and uninterrupted supply of construction materials.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly work schedules and requisitions; ensure progress aligns with the work plan and Gantt chart.
- Monitor and maintain site measurement books, checklists, and formats regularly.
- Ensure random presence during key supervision-worthy construction phases.
- Oversee, track, and document all tests and inspections of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit all reports on time.
