Excellent communication/ report writing skills.
Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage maintenance team for doing multiple operations.
Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
Leadership and motivation skills.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawing, schematics and equipment manuals.
Able to troubleshoot all kind of mechanical issues into the factory.
Knowledge of safety regulations, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and compliance requirements.
Experience in preventive & corrective maintenance practices.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools & mechanical instruments.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiency.
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good experience in generator, lathe, Welding, Forklift and different pump operations.
Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns & emergencies.
Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and other departments.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
Basic knowledge of Electrical operations.
Performing equipment inspection, repair and corrective maintenance.
Strong idea to spare parts issues and suggest to improvements.
Keep accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
Any other job assigned by the higher management.
