1. Work on shift duties. Acts on behalf of the unit manager in Setting.

2. Standards and expectation in the quality of care.

3. Receives the daily report of every patient:

4. Knows the case in detail, progress of the patient, ensures all orders before her shift has been carried or which to take over

5. Visits every patient in the Unit Manager with the team Members on taking over of duties to:

6. Assess condition of patient compare with report

7. Plan nursing care according to assessment or evaluation.

8. Determines nursing priorities and plans patient care according to staff availability.

9. Provides individualized holistic care to patients using The Nursing process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients file.

10. Report all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors/consultants.

11. Follows doctors/consultants ward round and assists them in doing procedures when required.

12. Any other task assigned by authority.
