Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Arts (MA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Experience
- At least 15 years

- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency & productivity
- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
- Receive and Issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking of fabric as per the procedure.
- Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
- Ensure proper deliveries.Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that fabrics are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
- Develop and maintain the software-based system for materials delivered to the production floor as per plan.
- Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
- Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
- Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
- Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
- Should have good Leadership quality to run his Team .
- His Reporting Power should be high standard and shall have vast experiences to handle the Trouble Shooting of any Store related issues .
